How to start the customization process?
Send your requirements (size/LOGO/function) via email/platform. We respond in 72 hours with a draft + quote, sample approval before mass production.

What payment methods do you accept?
Supports T/T (30% deposit + balance before shipment), PayPal, Alibaba Trade Assurance, and L/C for large orders.

Why do you require a deposit for custom orders?
Covers raw material and mold costs, avoids order cancellation risks. Deposit is deducted from the total payment later.

Sample Lead Time: 5-7days.. Custom orders: 7-15 days. Cross-border express takes 7-15 days, sea freight 25-35 days.

Yes, domestic/international dropshipping available. We can ship directly to Amazon FBA or your overseas warehouse.
