R&D & Design
Turns a sketch, a retail photo, or a CAD file into a structure drawing before artwork is applied.
You leave with a flat-pack dieline and a white structure sample.

Petaful manufactures custom corrugated cat scratchers, houses, litter trays, scratching posts, and toys at a 20,000 m² plant in Longgang, Shenzhen. Offset printing, lamination, die-cutting, odor-free cornstarch gluing, pressing, and moisture drying stay in-house, so board density, glue bond, and low-dust edges follow one signed specification.
OEM work starts from your drawing. ODM work starts from one of 200+ in-house molds. Artwork in PDF, AI, or EPS follows the signed structure sample; repeat orders use that master, and an NDA can be signed before proprietary files are shared. Since 2020, this floor has supplied private-label brands, retail chains, and distributors across 30+ markets.
In-house converting from raw board to retail-ready export cartons.
Structural R&D, die-cutting, drying, and quality checks share this floor.
Sampling, board processing, finishing, quality checks, and packing.
Pet brands, retailers, and importers on EXW, FOB, or DDP.
Four decisions before a volume run: the mold, the sample, a trial, and the quality gates.
ODM starts on one of 200+ dies already cutting. OEM starts from the drawing or print-ready file you send. A lounge can stay on an existing die while a custom house follows your file.
A drawing for a new idea is usually ready in 3 days. The official sample is usually ready in 5–7 days after the structure and artwork are confirmed, and new customers can request that sample free.
A short trial can ship before the volume reorder. After the official sample is signed, OEM bulk is usually 30–45 days and ODM bulk is usually 45–60 days, logistics included. A complex build adds 10–15 days.
Incoming board is checked for hardness and moisture before the line starts. Glue bonding, fit, moisture, and dust are checked while the job runs. Finished goods are checked before the carton closes, and a buyer-appointed inspector can join the lot you name.
Each station follows the signed specification, from raw corrugated board to container loading.

Laminates, presses, and die-cuts pads, lounges, cat houses, and seasonal displays in the B, BC, or E flute named on the sample.
Slot fit and low-dust edges follow the signed dieline.
Checks incoming board hardness, in-process glue bonding, and finished-goods fit on every lot.
IQC, IPQC, and FQC are recorded against the signed sample.
Stages raw board and finished cartons in dry, ventilated bays, and pulls holiday inventory ahead of the season.
FSC-certified board is issued only when the order requires chain of custody.
Confirms color against the approved artwork, then packs barcodes, carton marks, and retail inserts.
A seasonal run can keep the inner scratch pads and change only the outer print.
Keeps the signed dieline, approved color, and lot records for the next wholesale order.

Move between printing, die-cutting, assembly, and inspection photographs from the production floor.
The tour moves from the drawing table to the offset press, the laminating line, the die cutter, the assembly benches, a light-booth check, and the packing floor.
Automated cutting with sheets handled on the line.
Most orders start as a brand extension, a retail replenishment, or a distributor reorder.
For a pet brand adding corrugated scratchers beside its existing pet range.
For a retailer or importer testing a range, then replenishing the items that sell through.
For a wholesaler placing the next order of a shape that already sold through.
