Founded in 2020 in Longgang, Shenzhen, Petaful is a specialized manufacturer of corrugated cat scratchers, boards, cardboard cat houses, foldable litter boxes, scratching posts, and interactive toys for global pet brands, retail chains, importers, distributors, and wholesale programs. Every project starts from a buyer drawing, a factory-held structure from our 200+ mold library, or a signed repeat order. To ensure stable, retail-ready products, Petaful controls paper density, odor-free cornstarch glue lamination, board pressing and drying, precision die-cutting, low-dust edge finishing, and export carton packing in-house — aligning the sample, artwork, IQC/IPQC/FQC checkpoints, and shipment around your chosen route.

Corrugated cat scratchers for private-label sourcing
Five category lines cats can scratch, rest in, hide inside, play with, and use as litter trays — including seasonal and holiday cat scratchers.
- Cat Scratchers Pads, boards, lounges, beds, and holiday prints — including multi-way designs that fold into a flat pad, a wall screen, or a small nook.
- Cardboard Cat Houses Arched cat scratcher houses and play shells, including multi-form structures used as a tunnel, a cave, a ramp, or a block.
- Cat Toys Corrugated balls, mazes, and round puzzles, packed in the same set as a scratch pad.
- Cat Litter Boxes Foldable cardboard trays for travel and short stays. The waterproof lining and the fold are signed on the sample.
- Cardboard Scratching Posts Upright posts and small trees for a vertical stretch. Height, base stability, and a replaceable core are set on the structure sample.
